Fero offers free first-class shipping on all orders delivered by Postnord in 2-3 business days.

For customers living within the European Union, free first-class shipping is offered on all orders. These orders will be delivered in 2-6 business days depending on where you live. The closer you live to Sweden, the faster your products will arrive.

Fero accepts returns and/or exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You must return the items in an unused condition and Fero will only accept returns if labels and original packaging are fully intact.

You are able to exchange your item(s) into a different item of the same value upon receipt of returned items are presented. However, this is based on the stock availability of the specific item. Exchanges are shipped back to the customer free of charge. Should you be interested in a different item, please return your item(s) to Fero and simply purchase the desired piece at www.feroculture.com.

Fero is not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to the Fero office. The return shipping fee is currently not covered by Fero, therefore the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fee. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can request a return authorization by contacting us at hello@feroculture.com. Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once you have received confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below.

Quality and guarantee

If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Fero’s quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. Fero cannot be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (e.g. scratches on the container caused by sharp objects), defects and damage due to normal wear/tear and aging.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited through the original purchaser’s payment method. Fero will issue a full refund if the complete order is returned. Please note that Fero will not refund the return shipping fee. In case we receive a written notice and proof of return within 14 days upon arrival, Fero will issue a refund at the latest on day 14. Please note that Fero will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may occur for orders outside of the European Union. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.
